STARS ARE NOT ENOUGH
Days are not always bright and bliss they are also dark and daze. And we need more than stars. Meaning that we need more little bright things. Though we do love stars we need something beyond.

They are bright days and dark nights all in the same span
They are friends and enemies all in the same clan

You assume that tomorrow will be like the last day you had
And because it is not you are prone to be mad

You predict to come out strong and stand elevated
But when your claim is tested it is no more than just word
I am only being honest about your days in this world
I don't like sad endings and depressing stories
But I can not ignore truth and mask your realities
In all the words I used I hoped to make one sense
Because of those dark nights when you grow up to be tough
