The important hormone called insulin is the key to determine which you r going to burn so you wanted to keep it low to burn fat. Eat less frequent meals because every time u eat, your insulin spiked,

Cut down all your carbs, including sugar because every time you eat carbs,

you trigger insulin hell No! You don't want that.

What you're gonna eat is:

Low Carbs ( Coconut flour, Almond flour, etc.)

Moderate protein ( Fish, Chicken, Eggs, sausage, steak, bacon, lamb, etc.)

High Fat ( Butter, Oils, high-fat meat, cheese, nuts, Avocado, etc.)

Veggies ( Avocado, Broccoli, Cauliflower, Bell pepper, zucchini, Lettuce, eggplant, Celery, cabbage, cucumber, kale, spinach, etc.)

Seasonings ( black and white pepper, paprika, cumin, cinnamon, ginger, garlic, sesame, pink salt, etc.)

Drinks ( water, green tea, ACV, Coffee, veggie juice, lemon water)

Oils( coconut oil, Olive oil, Avocado oil, MTC oil)

What you're gonna avoid is

Carbs( white/ brown sugar, honey, Corn syrup, popcorn, most grains, wheat flour like all types of bread, pasta, pizza, fries, sweets (cakes, ice cream, and candies)

Fruits( All except berries)

Drinks ( All sodas and alcohol)

Fat ( Trans fat, low fat like milk, low-fat cream and yogurt )
